We are finally back from our annual Christmas trip to Virginia. It's taken us a few weeks to settle back into our routine here in Portland. But, things do seem to be back to normal. I've got lots of catching up to do on here.
Our trip was a huge success. Our days were spent hanging out with Auntie Katie and her sizable belly. As most of you know, she's pregnant with twins (one girl and one boy). She's been on bed rest since week 21 with much of that time spent in the hospital. She's now reached 32 weeks and those babes are still cooking. We are all very excited to meet the new additions and Mary's first cousins!!
While home, Mary baked cookies with Nana, bounced on Poppo's bed, talked to Auntie Katie's belly, did obstacle courses with Auntie Erin, snuck sweets from Pops, and went crazy with Uncle Charlie and Uncle Adam. She had a ridiculous amount of fun and went through a bit of withdrawal after we got back. We are lucky to have such a great family to come home to.
